What we collect and why
The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message so we can respond. We use this information to take steps you request before a purchase, or for our legitimate interest in answering other enquiries. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include sensitive information.
Newsletter and consent
We use your email address to send store news and events only after you confirm your subscription by email. This processing is based on your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our newsletters or by contacting us. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Providing an email is optional, but we need it to send the newsletter or reply to a message.
Services that process information
The website and forms run on Microsoft Azure. Brevo delivers contact emails and manages newsletter subscriptions and confirmation emails. Contact messages reach our store email inbox. SyncTaskPro provides the linked store, order form, calendar and event registration services; information you submit there is used for the relevant order or registration.
Browser storage and external content
The site stores your language preference and a cache of public calendar events in your browser. You can clear these in your browser settings. Hosting and form services process technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and help prevent abuse. Pages also load external resources, including Google Fonts and CARTO map tiles, which receive connection information when loaded. Embedded or linked services may use their own storage and privacy settings.
How long information is kept
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related follow-up or legal obligations. Newsletter information is kept while you remain subscribed; a limited record may be retained to respect an unsubscribe request or demonstrate consent. Provider logs and backups follow their own retention arrangements. Contact us for information about your records or to request deletion.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent.
